Terms of Service

Welcome to the FOOD WITH ATTITUDE LTD platform. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Service Agreement

All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the delivery price. A contract is formed only when we issue a formal confirmation of your order. FOOD WITH ATTITUDE LTD reserves the right to refuse service to any entity that does not meet our corporate standards or safety protocols.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice for corporate accounts, or at the time of order for residential subscriptions. Failure to settle invoices within 14 days will result in a 5% interest charge per month, in accordance with UK late payment legislation.

3. Delivery Liability

We pride ourselves on 5-minute window precision. However, FOOD WITH ATTITUDE LTD is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, civil unrest, or major infrastructure failure in the London transport network. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

4. Health and Safety

It is the client's responsibility to clearly state any life-threatening allergies at the time of booking. While we implement rigorous cross-contamination protocols, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment in transit if the source kitchen is not under our direct control.
